Job Description The Strategy Operations team for CVS Health employs a collaborative approach rooted in data science, business tactics, technological applications, and behavioral sciences to better enable data-driven decision making for CVS Health senior leadership.
You will lead work streams to support initiatives that have an impact on the future direction of the company overall. Specifically, you will be owning the development and implementation of new product/service offerings already committed for deployment, as well as solution definition, testing, and implementation of new products and services needed to support the future growth of CVS Health.
YOUR KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:
â¢ Build and enhance profitability data model and infrastructure in partnership with Enterprise Analytics (EA), Information Technology (IT) and others. â¢ Serve as strategic and technical implementation partner for pharmacy business teams, consulting on strategic objectives and building data insights and automation tools for pilots and at-scale implementations. â¢ Develop executive materials and key analyses on strategic initiatives to support senior-level decision making.
This position is based out of the Woonsocket, RI location, with flexible work from home ability.
Required Qualifications â¢ 3+ years of experience with demonstrated business trends and analysis experience (e.g., data analysis, reporting development, etc.) OR 2+ years of consulting experience â¢ 1+ year of experience with consulting, analytics, or project management â¢ 1+ years of experience working with data using technical tools
Preferred Qualifications â¢ Experience with Python, R, or other programming languages â¢ Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel (can write advanced macros) with the ability to present the important concepts and complex messages to several levels â¢ Master's degree preferred
