We are Visible. Although headquartered in Denver, we have a permanent Work from Home Structure, and our team members work remotely. This is a full-time position where you will collaborate with team members across product, marketing, care, and other functions as well as our executive team. Strategic program operations team is designed to focus on the end to end management of strategic initiative programs. They own lifecycle management & operational support of programs which includes the strategic vision, implementation, evolution plans to scale and integration with other offers/ features. This role will manage the day to day activities, logistics and performance management. The Program Ops team will be responsible for the full program experience and integration of all workflows post launch - partnering with cross functional leads (product enhancements, marketing campaigns, care support etc).
Develop overall program operations strategy for assigned programs.
Daily operations management throughout program lifecycle (process, logistics, orchestrate internal resource support).
Build & maintain the program operating principles & guidelines including the main program documentations such (SOPs/ Playbooks).
Lead cross functional team efforts to optimize program performance (i.e. sales support needs, marketing levers, and communications).
Program budget & contract adherence.
Issue escalation & resolution.
Ongoing training & comm needs.
Vendor/ partner relations.
Program evolution partnering w/ product manager.
Aid product managers with product discontinuation plans.
What we’re looking for...
You’ll need to have:
Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
Six or more years of relevant work experience.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
Excellent written and verbal presentation skills, including previous content creation or copywriting experience.
Excellent problem solving skills, with a strong emphasis on the development of frameworks and processes that can be scaled and/or automated.
Capable of adapting quickly to changing priorities.
Experience driving customer-business engagement and relationships.
Lead in cross functional project management and project tracking.
Experience with Jira, Asana and Slack workflows.
