Provide high quality customer service to students at the college's off-campus site in Christiansburg and at Dublin; administer tests; use a variety of software programs on the college's academic computing network. Perform other duties as assigned. Work hours are up to 29 hours per week and 1500 hours per year.
Associate degree or combination of work experience and coursework that would be equivalent to an associate degree. Demonstrated ability to use various computer applications including Microsoft Word and Excel. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. Demonstrated ability to work with a diverse population including students, faculty, staff and the general public in a professional environment.
