The Recruitment Coordinator ensures effective implementation and delivery of high touch recruiting activities for Brown University School of Professional Studies (SPS) programs.
The Recruitment Coordinator is cross-trained to provide support and continuity for recruitment activities in all SPS program areas. Responsibilities include management of event logistics, including running on-campus, off-campus, and virtual recruiting events, communication and registration reporting for open-enrollment/certificate programs, and coordinating team participation in other high touch recruiting events for SPS professional and executive programs
-Under the direction of the enrollment management team, the Recruiting Coordinator supports the execution of recruitment activities and registration reports for all SPS programs and activities, including Executive and Professional programs.Â (40%)
-Coordinate the logistics and process for on-campus, off-campus, and recruiting events for residential masterâ™s programs. (50%)
-Collaborates and ensures consistency across all graduate and professional programs within the portfolio. 10%
Education and Experience
Bachelor's Degree and 1 - 2 years related experience desired, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
â¢ Excellent written and verbal communication skills â¢ Familiarity with data tracking and reporting tools â¢ Excellent organizational, project management, and production skills involving multiple, simultaneous projects â¢ Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel), Photoshop, Indesign â¢ Excellent attention to detail and commitment to collaboration â¢ Ability to work effectively independently, and as a member of a team â¢ Willingness and ability to support a diverse and inclusive campus community
