USC's Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry is looking for a success-driven Talent Management Sourcing Specialist to join the HR Team.
The Talent Management Sourcing Specialist will support three areas including the Mrs. T.H. Chan Division of Occupational Science and Therapy & the USC Division of Physical Therapy. This individual will be responsible for managing 30-50 REQs at a given time and hiring anywhere between 10-30 New Hires a month.
In this fast paced environment, the Talent Management Sourcing Specialist will have responsibilities that include but are not limited to:
Conducts full-cycle recruitment of positions
Consults and partners with hiring managers to establish staffing needs
Manages, reviews, and posts all requested positions
Conducts screenings and in-person interviews
Manages on-boarding experience for all new hires
Hosts New Hire Orientation
Assists the department and team with special projects as it relates to HR functions.

The HR team is seeking a self-starter, who is able to work autonomously and drive recruitment. The successful candidate should have three years of experience in full-cycle recruitment. Additionally, this individual should have strong oral and written communication skills, as well as the ability to prioritize and multi-task.

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree, Combined experience/education as substitute for minimum educationMinimum Experience: 2 yearsMinimum Field of Expertise: Directly related sourcing experience and/or recruitment activities experience. Knowledge of recruiting practices and skills assessment techniques. Proficient in electronic and traditional prospecting and networking skills, especially via online social networks. Demonstrated excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
