Reporting to the Director of Enrollment Management Operations, the CRM Operations Manager is responsible for the overall administration, maintenance, and support of the Technolutions Slate CRM system. This position will work collaboratively with the Enrollment Management Operations team and other Enrollment Management staff to provide overall management of the Slate CRM functionality, including applications, document management, inquiry and prospects, communication support, event registration management, user training, and system integrations.
1 - 3 years’ experience working in higher education, admission, and/or enrollment management. Must have experience with implementing, customizing and managing Slate CRM system.
