The Supervisor is responsible for promoting a positive and productive environment when interfacing with staff and clients. Maintain operational program KPIs by providing quality and efficient service to customers. This is achieved through the daily management of the employee and includes motivating, recognizing, and rewarding, coaching, training, and problem solving.
Coaches Operations Support Leads and frontline staff to grow and develop their operational and leadership skills, subject-matter expertise and business acumen in support of individual and team development. Estimated 25%
Collaborates with internal partners, Quality Assurance, Workforce Optimization, Business Process Analysts, Training and outside vendors to optimize individual and program performance (KPIs/SLAs), increase efficiency and maintain customer satisfaction. Applies appropriate action to address and correct variances identified. - Estimated 20%
Applies departmental strategy for Operations Support Leads and frontline staff to enhance customer experience, increase productivity, mitigate risk, improve processes and increase employee and customer satisfaction. - Estimated 20%
Reinforces a culture of compliance where Operations Support Leads and frontline staff apply and adhere with all government regulatory, anti-fraud and abuse statutes and by contributing and ensuring adherence to all program operational documents, such as work instructions, standard operating procedures and other reference documents. - Estimated 15%
Understand and manage expense and revenue opportunities relative to resources, payroll, overtime, productivity and informing the workforce model. - Estimated 10%

3+ years customer service experience and demonstrated leadership skills, depending on area of assignment may be required to have relevant healthcare/insurance experience
5 years of reimbursement healthcare and supervisory/management related experience
Experience in the healthcare industry including, but not limited to, Medicare and/or Medicaid program administration, insurance verification and/or claim adjudication, physician's office or outpatient billing, pharmacy and/or pharmaceutical manufacturers
Must be able to analyze specific data and prepare written reports for management and client communications
2 - 3 years of call center experience preferred
Solid knowledge of customer service policies, practices and systems, and demonstrates leadership skills
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong problem solving and decision making skills
Ability to effectively handle multiple priorities within a changing environment
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills
ICD-9, HCPCS, CPT experience
4-year degree in business or related field or equivalent experience
