Responsible for ensuring the successful implementation and execution of the Sandoz Field Force Operations (FFO) support for the IDN/Hospital/Clinic (IHC) field team by driving the Customer Engagement strategy, planning and evolving competencies and capabilities (people, process, technology) to deliver superior business results. This role will be the point of contact into FFO for IHC and be responsible for partnering with sales/brand leadership to align on the full implementation of all FFO related activities.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: *Work closely with IHC Sales Head and Regional Business Directors to develop an effective FFO strategy. *Provide IHC team with analytics support and sales targeting process distribution by developing, tracking, and sharing relevant sales metrics and for providing support for all other FFO services to the IHC team *Partner with the IHC team to understand and represent their needs with respect to FFO objectives, priorities, and support/capability requirements. *Assess and evaluate effectiveness of various sales practices i.e. field reporting, data management, CRM tools/systems, segmentation, sales processes and incentive compensation (IC) programs *Provide input cross-functionally across field force operations, brands, & IT on analytics & applications to enhance field force productivity & effectiveness and CRM program strategy. *Serve as project management lead for key transformation, including development and management of integrated project plans, business requirements process, and field delivery planning *Facilitate impact assessment and design of future-state operating model with operational functional leads and support partners (sales head, brands, IT, vendors) *Work with functional team leads to drive resolution of issues, risk mitigation, cross-term communication, and escalation as required. *Lead tracking of Execution Excellence and local Customer Engagement KPI tracking & reporting, highlighting best practices & areas
