SUMMARY This is an Administrative Support position to the International Customer Order department of a manufacturer in Karns City. Weekly work schedule Monday - Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm. Pay rate around $20.00 an hour.
This role has been created by an increase in international orders. It is expected to last several months or be on going. If the work is sustained, it could become permanent, but that is unknown at this time.
POSITION Responsibilities include: • Monitor and distribute incoming email, and distribute to the customer service reps. • Upload order documents and update orders. • Request additional information for orders. • Obtain freight rates. • Enter invoicing. • Process orders for sample products.
REQUIREMENTS • Experience providing Administrative Support to logistics, shipping, freight, or customer orders. • Able to work on multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. • Strong team support. • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. • Must be able to pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen.
