The Department of Biology at the University of Iowa invites applications for a non-tenure, Assistant of Instruction position beginning August 2021. The initial appointment is for three years subject to annual review and renewal. This position will primarily contribute to instruction in the introductory biology curriculum lab sections for the life sciences, specifically Foundations of Biology and Diversity of Form and Function, courses designed to examine the unifying concepts that apply to living things and emphasizes the wide array of features of living systems.
