Manages college general fund and non-general fund budgets; leads budget development and budget reallocation processes; assists Dean with budget related short-term and long-term planning to meet organizational business objectives; serves as a trainer and advisor to departmental staff with regard to business operations and payroll policies and procedures; tracks departmental hiring; communicates with departments as needed regarding hiring and staff vacancies; supervises office support staff, assumes responsibility for continuing analysis of office operation efficiency; and serves as a member of the COE Leadership Team.
