The Sr. Analyst is responsible for planning, managing, and evaluating programs, operations, and processes across the Global Application Delivery portfolio.
The Sr. Analyst is responsible for conducting research, analyzing complex data sets and systems, identifying trends, and preparing reports and recommendations.
The Sr. Lead is responsible for tracking and evaluating operational and program performance, evaluate operational and program effectiveness and develop solutions to make improvements or address performance issues.
What you will do:
Perform activities following Stryker's Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) framework and processes
Provide guidance and leadership within the Solution Delivery team on program operations and processes
Conducting research, analyzing data, identifying trends, and preparing reports.
Analyzing programs, policies, procedures, and systems and making recommendations to optimize these.
Planning, analyzing, and evaluating the effectiveness of operations and programs.
Preparing and presenting reports and recommendations.
Regularly evaluate the efficiency of processes and procedures according to objectives and apply improvements
Partners with the IT Governance team to ensure compliance with regulations, policies, standards, procedures, and associated documentation
Provide guidance and mentoring to other Analysts within the team or same project/program.
Prepare and coordinate monthly, quarterly and adhoc presentations and reporting to capture key program operations activities and Global Application Delivery highlights
Financial focus on delivering activities on budget, leveraging time on value-driven activities and ensuring external resources meet contractual deliverables.
What you need
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university in the areas of Computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent technical field of study is required.
Master's Degree in a Technical field is preferred
Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience is required
Understanding and knowledge of enterprise systems and processes
Ability to consider upstream and downstream process impacts and implications
Experience documenting complex processes and presenting them in a clear and understandable format is required.
Demonstrated ability to understand, evaluate and recommend changes to business processes is required
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with Senior Management is required
Must be able to generate, explain, and present detailed schedules, objectives, reports, and other documentation accurately
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a matrix organization structure with significant emphasis on collaboration and persuasion, rather than relying entirely on command and control.
Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
Ability to drive initiatives and projects independently from start to finish
Strong knowledge of Excel Advanced, PowerPoint presentations, Word documents, Access DB, MS Project Suite (MPP/Visio/etc.). is required
Exceptional written, verbal and presentation skills to a diverse set of audiences
Demonstrated ability to guide the business towards optimal solutions
Experience in identifying opportunities for process optimization, process redesign, or development of new process/policies
Hybrid or Onsite - Role requires reasonable proximity to a Stryker facility and provides the flexibility to decide on either a hybrid or onsite working arrangement. Selected candidate would be hired in as one of these options.
