Work with cross-functional groups including regional and global Commercial Planners, Demand Centre, Field & Partner Marketing, Marketing Operations and Digital Services to ensure all the elements are delivered on time and aligned with the agreed strategic approach for the target segments, including appropriate messaging, content, ... as well as the set up in various marketing systems and tools required ( Dynamics, Eloqua, PowerBI ... ). Combining hands on programme management as well as analytics to drive continuous improvement.
Manage processes and tools to ensure we constantly optimise investment and resource to provide a consistent and clear approach
Lead the Reporting Hub - create & report on DOW, campaign, event and other key programme reporting on a timely basis. Lead campaign and tactical reviews with key stakeholders
Lead the Financial analyst to work with stakeholders in EMEA and Global teams and managing the financial analyst own the financial budget management for EMEA Marketing. Lead forecasting, shopping cart management, Vendor management and liaison. Ensure Allocadia is acurate and work with relevant budget owners and finance on discrepencies.
Support the project management of our key regional trade shows through updates, collaboration and the focus on meeting targets and deadlines
Maintain a complete overview of all campaigns in EMEA and their status, avoid duplications and risk of overlap (audience), ensuring that all investments are fully leveraged and integrated with the regional marketing plan and are Glocal - globally consistent and locally relevant.
Monitoring programme effectiveness toward goals, providing insight and room for debate to drive recommendations for optimization and future enhancements.
Lead internal communication for marketing - managing communication of Marketing Executive Deck and Campaign Specific Executive Summary and content for quarterly reviews. Management of the EMEA Marketing update and consolidation and contribution to Global Town Halls and Newsletter.
Skills, Knowledge, Experience and Education
Experienced Project Manager with ability to lead the successful implementation of multiple projects simultaneously.
Ideally Six Sigma Certified or Scrum Master
Functional and People Management experience within an international environment
