As a recruiter, you will be responsible for working with leaders to fill identified skilled healthcare jobs. You will be expected to plan and execute sourcing strategies, coordinate interview processes, and present offers to successful candidates. Serve as source/search expert while collaborating with hiring managers to understand needs and priorities for candidate skill sets.
Proactively source to secure talent based on current and future needs, leveraging diverse recruiting resources including employee referrals, professional organizations, educational institutions, and networking.
Review, evaluate and screen candidates for skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements.
Act as master closer to ensure the recruitment process is smooth, candidates have a positive experience, and consistently search for ways to make things better.
Develop sustainable recruiting strategies and effectively utilize online sourcing tools
Use applicant tracking system to manage candidate flow and ensure compliance with documented hiring processes, reporting needs, and integrity in all recruiting efforts.
Minimum of three years of healthcare recruitment experience required
Experience sourcing at regional and national levels
Demonstrated experience managing full recruiting cycle
Experience managing candidates via applicant tracking systems – Workday experience preferred
