Major Duties: - Publish in high-quality, peer-reviewed scientific journals. - Develop and maintain an externally funded research program. - Mentor/advise graduate and undergraduate student researchers.- Teach core undergraduate and graduate biology courses in their field of expertise, which may include courses in genetics and genomics.- Provide appropriate service to the department, college and university.
Minimum Qualifications: - An earned Ph.D. and relevant post-doctoral experience in field. - A record of active research and publication in peer-reviewed journals.- Evidence of teaching experience.
