To provide a high level of support for the director and three assistant directors that manage the advising for CONHI programs including BSPH, KINE, RN-BSN, BSN, MSN, and DNP.
Assists Director, Associate Director and Assistant Director with calendar and administrative duties. Manages the UGRD and GRAD transfer credit processes which includes receiving and sending student portfolios, updating tracking spreadsheets, and generating final communication from Assistant Dean. Enters staff time sheets into system working with Assistant Director, Associate Director, Director, or Assistant Dean when corrections are needed or issues arise. Assists in preparing for in-person orientation for BSN program (AO and campus). Works with other administrative assistant with preparing registration check-in sheets for each advisor, signs for registration table. Assist in purchasing snacks for students. Assist in moving everything needed for orientation the day prior and cleanup at the end of the event. Works with other administrative assistant to setup registration tables, lunch and snacks for each day. Responsible for using university procard to purchase supplies and snacks for in-person student orientations. Assist with front desk and phone queue calls. Will be responsible for preparing letters for students as needed. Assists with commencement preparation as needed. Responsible for new hire processes. Responsible for maintaining list of staff birthdays. Planning for lunches or receptions for staff as needed. Performs other duties as assigned.
Bachelor degree or equivalent.
Bachelor degree with two years upper level secretarial experience or high school with six years of increasingly administrative, secretarial and clerical experience with two years of supervisory experience.
