Major Work Characteristics :
Responsible for fiscal and budget management services and business support. Works closely with the management staff on the formulation, monitoring, and presentation of budgets in order to implement program and grant objectives. Analyzes data to support budget preparation, budget management, planning, and expenditure monitoring. Responsible for a range of fiscal and associated management issues.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; minimum of five (5) years' experience in financial management and/or budget analysis; experience with financial/budget management systems, financial software, spreadsheet applications (Excel), PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word; excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong organizational skills.
Master's degree in Accounting, Business Administration or closely related field; ability to review financial statements, analyze data, and compile information. Experience working on grant proposals and budgets.
