Assists Program Director with general correspondence surveys funding applications scheduling appointments self study reports and the budget
Maintain records regarding Staff Faculty Academic Progress Curriculum and Advisory Committees
Preparation of staff/faculty contracts/payroll
Purchase and inventory of all office equipment/supplies
Purchase of all instructional and laboratory (medical) supplies
Coordination/scheduling of various PA Program Committee meetings
Assists Program Director in coordination and data collection for self study purposes
Compiling information for Self-study
Qualifications Education, Preparation, and Training
Recommended Associates Degree or higher (not required)
2 years experience with administrative work
Requires ability to manage multiple and varied tasks with frequent high levels of urgency or sensitivity
Must be able to work collaboratively and effectively with colleagues in a team environment
Good interpersonal skills are required, both written and oral
Extensive Use of Computers
Extensive time sitting and standing
Ability to lift 5 lbs.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook
