The mission of our Patient Representative Department is to help create quality health care experiences for patients and families. We seek to personalize and humanize the hospital experience by serving as a liaison between patients (pediatric and adult), families, and staff. We also provide patients with an effective grievance mechanism and acts as a resource on patients rights and responsibilities.
We are looking for a Senior Administrative Assistant to join us and support the Vice President of our department.
An excellent communicator who has the skills to effectively partner and work with a wide range of clients and partners in diverse settings (e.g., online collaboration, phone, in-person, in meetings, presentations)
Highly organized, inventive, and able to problem-solve with confidence
Adept at building partnerships and working collaboratively to meet shared objectives
Willing to take action and eager to accept new opportunities and tough challenges with high energy and passion
Provide calendar management support for our Vice President and leadership team
Coordinate and participate in meetings, providing technical support, and creating/distributing agendas, taking meeting minutes, and following up on action items
Provide day-to-day administrative and clerical support to the department as needed
Assist with the development, planning, and execution of various projects in support of departmental operations and initiatives
Order office supplies and equipment, including special orders and processing returns
2-4 years high-level office support experience
Strong Outlook calendar management skills and experience in using Microsoft Office (including Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams)
