Contract Project Manager/Shift Lead - Public Health Central Command Center

This position is a contract, temporary position through Vanderbilt Temporary Services.
Full time, temporary project manager/shift lead for Vanderbilt University operations related to COVID-19 management and response. Candidate should have project management and/or public health skills and be at a project coordinator or senior project coordinator level. Preferred candidate will have Vanderbilt experience as well as advanced administrative, communication, and organizational skills related to accurately managing large amounts of confidential data and communications in a fast-paced environment. This person should be extremely detail-oriented and will rotate as lead with 4-5 colleagues a few times a week. Position is hybrid requiring both on campus and remote work with primary hours of 7:30am-4:30pm, Wednesday through Sunday but with occasional evening work required.
This position begins as soon as possible and the duration is dependent upon COVID-19 trends and business needs.
Previous experience as a project manager or coordinator is necessary
A bachelor's degree is necessary
Previous experience in public health or incident command is preferred
Advanced Excel and data management skills are necessary
