What you’ll be doing...
Responsibilities for this position will be to oversee all wireless Point of Sale project work in JIRA to create and manage user stories throughout the process, review deliverables from GTS, and host calls with market teams to receive feedback and gain alignment on system strategy and roadmap. In this role you will be leading large projects and system enhancements. Additionally this individual will also be responsible for engaging Finance, Compliance, Legal, Training, GTM, and others to ensure successful delivery and utilization in the field, host value team and daily DTP calls for each project, manage user stories and review deliverables from GTS. Lastly, the ideal candidate will host calls with market teams to receive feedback and gain alignment on upcoming system enhancements.
Contribute to building the business case and measures that prove out the ROI/business value of the enhancements.
Drive innovation & optimization strategy for POS system.
Daily use and proficiency with JIRA/Confluence for all system projects.
Create mock ups and wireframes to support GTS development.
Write and groom all user stories using agile practices.
Hold value team and daily DTP calls for all projects.
Recommend process and system improvements.
What we’re looking for...
You’ll need to have:
Bachelor’s degree in Business or IT and four or more years of work experience.
Six or more years of relevant work experience.
Six or more years in a technical project management role.
Must have experience entering requirements, user stories, and conducting activities in Jira.
Knowledge and experience with agile methodologies and other SDLC methods.
Knowledge of Business solutions, customers, products and services.
Willingness to travel.
Even better if you have:
Experience creating and executing against a planned roadmap.
Strong PowerPoint, MS Paint/Photoshop, Excel experience.
Experience with Business Sales in multiple sales channels.
Strong communication and presentation skills along with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and handle multiple priorities.
Proven history of gaining alignment from multiple organizations to adopt a consistent strategy.
Strong relationship skills and collaborative style to enable success across multiple partners.
