Project Manager, Webber, LLC, Atlanta, GA. Perform engineering duties related to the planning and design of highway and bridge construction projects. Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and safety standards. Provide technical advice regarding design and construction. Coordinate and manage the construction, operations, and maintenance activities at project site(s). Anticipate project conflicts and risks, develop action plans, and implement solutions. Understand and plan work according to project plans, change orders, shop drawings, subcontracts, purchase orders, and monthly pay estimates. Review and maintain budget for project.
40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field, and two (2) of related work experience.
Must have two (2) of experience with/in:
Managing highway and bridge construction projects valued over $50M;
Ensuring delivery of the project on schedule, within budget and in accordance with safety standards;
Operating Primavera 6 CPM scheduling software;
Operating MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint to manage upcoming project work; and
Coordinating field activities, organizing work and adjusting resources.
Up to 20% travel required.
