This temporary position is a non-clinical position primarily responsible for entering COVID self-reports into the BOG Emergency Management System and Medicat. The temp will work with the SHSCOVID Task force contacting students who notify us that they have been exposed to COVID or have COVID symptoms. This position will also schedule appointments and answer phone calls. In addition, the temp will help with our surveillance testing clinics, helping with patient education, crowd control, and check-in/check-out. This position will also assist with general office work and other support duties as assigned.

The Student Health Service is a department within the Division of Student Affairs and is charged with the responsibility of providing primary health care for the student body of East Carolina University. The primary care encompasses delivery of acute medical care, preventative medical care, health education, and mental health care; provision of laboratory and pharmaceutical services, administrative support services, medical records, radiology, and the education of ECU School of Medicine residents are included in our array of services.
