ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT, School of Medicine, Graduate Medical Sciences

This position will provide administrative support for the Associate Provost/Dean and selected masters programs in Graduate Medical Sciences (GMS) at Boston University School of Medicine. This position will work with program directors and the GMS office to create and manage schedules, develop and implement events, and design and maintain program web sites. This position will also provide administrative and organizational support to the Associate Provost/Dean of GMS for tasks including scheduling, meetings, travel, appointments as required.
The position will assist with GMS team office needs including support for events including but not limited to Accepted Students Day, recruitment webinars, Orientation and Commencements for GMS and individual programs. As a member of the GMS administrative team, this position will coordinate with other GMS team members to ensure execution of GMS responsibilities. In-person training is required, but remote work up to 2 days/week is possible after performance review and approvals by leadership according to BU policies. This position will report to the Associate Provost/Associate Dean, GMS.
Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of experience required.
