The Controls and Monitoring ('C&M') team focuses on a variety of Private Banking monitoring activities. The PB APAC C&M team is the neutral and primary monitoring and assurance function within PB business, set up as part of the PB APAC First Line of Defense Support ("FLDS") (formerly known as Business Risk Management), under the PB APAC COO organisation. The Bank strives to hire persons with the right skills when staffing the C&M function, which is crucial in supporting the 1st Line of Defense (1LoD) Assurance Framework
