Owner of overall endpoint management technical design across SCCM/WSUS/MDT/OSD/Windows Imaging and Windows client operating system.
Carry out periodic review on SCCM Architecture in term of boundaries/network, server/role placement, content management/distribution to meet the ever-changing environment
Ensure SCCM infrastructure are compliant and always secured
Ensure SCCM infrastructure's availability and performance with optimal maintenance on content management and distribution, software updates, site database and reporting, access control and client management.
Support and maintain SCCM infrastructure include health monitoring, periodic upgrade and maintenance, change control, security hardening, documentation etc
Ensures day-to-day service and technical operations task execution are according to plan and pre-defined procedures
Continuous service improvement on windows update, windows servicing, software deployment and compliance baselining in term of processes, methods, and tools
Oversee object creation e.g., advertisement/collection/application, package/deployment within SCCM.
Performs efficient troubleshooting and comprehensive resolution for incidents and request
Work closely with development team on SCCM's automation and integration
Provides guidance to endpoint support engineer ensuring service operations processes are followed
The ideal candidate must have minimal 5 years of Windows client experience with strong SCCM background
Hands-on, experience with SCCM, WSUS and MDT
Experience with Microsoft enterprise infrastructure technologies E.g., Active Directory, DNS, Group Policies, hardening, login scripts, Windows file system security and registry, Powershell DSC etc
Experience supporting and managing a windows client E.g., Windows 10
Fluent in windows scripting using PowerShell, vbScripts, WQL, TSQL or other development tools
Ability to design and operate Windows endpoint management solution
Experience with conducting research into emerging technologies and applying research to business; skilled in comprehensive testing of new technologies to ensure problem free deployment to users.
Enterprise level exposure with application development background Windows patch management procedures experience
Team-oriented and able to operate with minimal supervision
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
