This position will be responsible for managing ticket operations for assigned championships, driving attendance and revenue to enhance the championship experience for student-athletes, fans, and other stakeholders. Championships may include Division I Women’s Volleyball, Division I Women’s Basketball Preliminary Rounds, Women’s Final Four, and Men’s College World Series.
3-5 years of relevant work experience in ticket operations.
Advanced knowledge of Archtics ticketing systems.
Preferred knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Demonstrated knowledge of ticket strategies, operations, and analytics, with general understanding of sales and marketing.
Flexibility to travel and work overtime.
Ability to prioritize projects and tasks, balancing multiple responsibilities.
Excellent interpersonal skills and telephone etiquette.
Working knowledge of NCAA structure and programs preferred.
Ability to travel up to 30% of time.
All national office staff are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 as a condition of employment. National office staff (including new hires) who are not fully vaccinated, will be required to undergo weekly PCR testing until fully vaccinated.
