As our Customer Operations Manager, you will be the face of our company to our customers. You will work closely with our event organizer customer base and act as an extension of their teams. You will think two steps ahead and have phenomenal problem-solving skills. You will work closely with our internal development team to ensure clients are happy and our software is as user-friendly and effective as possible.

Hire and manage an entry level customer account representative
Customer Operations Manager Responsibilities:
Oversee the on-sale planning, design, build, implementation and support process for all EventSprout clients
Travel to provide on-site client event support as needed
Lead demonstrations of our platform for potential clients and participate in sales calls as needed
Communicate with clients to ensure all needs are understood and addressed
Build strong client relationships to maintain old business and acquire new customers
Collaborate with internal team to ensure they fulfill all customer requests
Provide feedback on the platform to the development team; collaborate to help provide guidance and testing for new features
Research trends in the ticketing industry to recognize and share opportunities for growth and innovation with internal team
Maintain monthly costs & revenue forecast
Manage and maintain inventory of rental equipment

Passion for doing what it takes to make customers happy
3+ years experience in account management, ticketing system implementations and/or customer operations
Strong knowledge of ticketing and ticketing systems
Travel to live events required
