Reporting to the Executive Director of Human Resources, the Director of Employee and Labor Relations is responsible for all aspects of employee and labor relations for the College. In collaboration with the Office of General Counsel, the Director will manage all aspects of labor relations with the College's bargaining units, including contract negotiations, grievance hearings, disciplinary issues, and development and maintenance of labor management relationships. The Director will oversee all aspects of employee relations, including retention programs, performance evaluation, training and professional development, and investigations/inquiries. The Director will supervise the Manager of Learning and Development, and the Associate Director of HR Operations. The Director will also be responsible for serving a client group.
