Under the direction of the Director of Temporary Employment Services, Executive Recruitment Services, and Talent Support Services, the Senior Associate Executive Recruiter is responsible for business generation, consulting and coordination for executive recruitment efforts within UC San Diego, University of California system and UCSD approved affiliates/external organizations. The incumbent must have experience in senior level full cycle recruitments as well as a proven track record of business development.
The incumbent will handle a variety of aspects of business development activities including lead generation, cultivation, solicitation and client relations. The incumbent will work directly with senior level management to develop recruitment goals and
