This position provides support services for the offices of Dominican Mission, Dominican Ministries and Service, and the Meister Eckhart Center.

• Education: Associates degree or equivalent training
• Experience: Office experience
• Preferred experience: Office experience in a higher education environment

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Publisher
• Experience setting up and reconciling spreadsheets
• Knowledge of Gmail and Google products such as Google docs, forms.
• Experience working in a busy environment
• Ability to work collaboratively
• Strong oral, written, communication and time management skills

Special Work Schedule Requirements
Full time, hourly position that works 35 hours per week. Work hours are typically Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Flexible time when engaged in division programs.
