Spring Run Golf Club is seeking a equipment manager to manage the entire fleet of equipment at the maintenance facility. Spring Run is a privet 18-hole golf club located in Bonita Springs, FL. The maintenance building went through a full renovation in 2019. The Equipment Manager will communicate daily with the Superintendent on what is in the best interest for the golf course equipment and maintenance facility. Every piece of equipment is on a replacement plan that the equipment manger will help keep up to date. The equipment package consists of all Toro equipment and Kubota tractors. 

• Work with the Golf Course Superintendent in developing annual operating and capital budgets
• Ensure proper cleanliness of equipment and maintenance shop
•  Maintaining safe working environment. 
• Instructs and/or trains golf course maintenance workers regarding the safe operating procedures and cleaning of equipment.
• Must be proactive in implementing and logging preventative maintenance programs for all equipment.
• Ensures daily a.m. set up of all turf equipment.
• Daily communication with the golf course superintendent regarding the status and condition of all turf equipment.
