Working/Functional Title Construction Management System Trainer Position Summary This position will build strong relationships with users by providing ongoing training to increase awareness and support their system user needs. This position will familiarize new users with system processes such as (i.e. Unifier, FAMIS, Planon, PlanGrid, ProMapp). They will promptly respond and proactively provide one-on-one user support to resolve user issues which will prevent rework and reduce errors. They will collaborate with technical support teams to triage issues and escalate where appropriate and proactively monitor process performance to ensure user compliance using various reports.
