Position Description:
The Events & Operations Manager is responsible for planning and managing all events for the Applied Management Programs. The Applied Management Programs (AMP) include client facing programs: the Applied Management Research Program (AMR) for the Full-Time MBA students, Global Access Program (GAP) for the Fully-Employed MBA students, Strategic Management Research Program (SMR) for the Executive MBA students, and the Management Practicum (MP) for the Global Executive MBA - National University of Singapore (GEMBA-NUS) students. AMP Also includes the Business Creation Option which runs across all Full-time, FEMBA, and EMBA programs.

All Applied Management Programs serve as capstone projects for their respective degree programs and, as such, must be completed by all graduating students. The academic portion of the programs account for 10 units (roughly 10%) of the students' curriculum. Each of the programs is designed to provide students with an experiential learning opportunity that utilizes the academic frameworks from their core curriculum to demonstrate the skills and knowledge they have gained while pursuing their MBAs.

Over the course of these six-month intervals, the programs are being supported by several mandator events such as Information Sessions, Student Launch, Company Launch, Workshops, Midpoint Presentations, Consultation Sessions, Rehearsal Presentations, Final Presentations, Event Receptions, Awards, and Faculty and other meetings.
