 Job Summary: 

Assist in the installation of automatic irrigation systems for golf courses.  Laborers will be under the direct supervision of project superintendent.  Travel is required.

Requirements:

• Communicate effectively with project superintendent and members of crew(s)
• Read and comprehend directions (verbal and written)
• Follow all safety rules and regulations

 Physical Demands

• Heavy lifting may be required
• Bending, pulling, and climbing may be required

 Qualifications / Skills:

• Experience in the components involved in irrigation installation (not necessary, but helpful)
• Ability to use shovels, rakes, sod cutters and any other hand tools necessary at the job
• Ability to travel and work in inclement weather
• Possess valid driver’s license

  Education and Experience

• Experience in operating heavy equipment: tractors, skid loaders, utility carts, Vermeer (trenchers, trac pullers, sweepers) (not necessary, but helpful)
