Responsibilities:

• 75%  Complete documents and verify/reconcile for accuracy.  Perform unit account activity such as accounts receivable and/or accounts payable functions:  Prepare purchase orders, enter transactions, process invoices and deposit receipts.
• 25% General office duties such as room scheduling, picking up mail, copy room maintenance, setting up computers and projectors in conference rooms, etc.

Salary Range $17.98 - $23.85

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma/GED and two years general accounts transaction experience.  Training/education may be substituted for some of the years of experience.
