We are looking for an experienced lineman and enthusiastic leader to join the WREC family in the role of Line Superintendent. This position is vital to coordinating WREC’s line crews and resources to deliver safe, reliable, affordable and environmentally responsible to WREC’s roughly 5,000 members spread throughout 10,000 square miles of service territory. The Line Superintendent will be responsible for creating, aligning, planning, implementing, coordinating, and managing the activities of the operations department; by managing and evaluating the activities related to the day-to-day work requirements, electric system analysis, reliability planning, coordinating contractors and outside resources, contract customer activities, and safety.
