General Description
This position will be located at the WCJC Wharton Campus.

The Transportation /General Maintenance is responsible for maintaining all vehicles within the facilities department and assist with maintenance as needed. The Transportation /General Maintenance will be required to coordinate and perform other additional general maintenance duties when not working transportation needs. Requirements
This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent. This position requires a Texas driver license, and insurable driving record. This position requires the knowledge of and the ability to safely operate various passenger vehicles and make minor repairs. This position requires three years carpentry, plumbing, and general maintenance recent work experience. The appropriate job related training and experience, including computer skills and proficiency with all hand and power tools commonly used in general carpentry, plumbing, electrical and HVAC maintenance is required for this position. This position requires general knowledge and ability to perform other maintenance jobs such as minor electrical and air condition repairs.
