Position Summary Supervises customer service operation of MSUPD parking division with a mix of full time employees, students and temp on-call's. Maintains schedules for parking cashiers and parking coordinators. Manages and maintains parking permit pricing information. Creates reports in Flex, Avaya and other software platforms in order to understand use of the parking system by the public. Responds to escalated parking appeals and complaints. Serves as a liaison with clients, customers, vendors and University departments.
