Specialist, Regulatory Project Management (Associate Director) !
The Product Policies Regulatory Management (PPRM) team encompasses a few verticals which support the Product Management Group (PMG) in various capacities. The Regulatory Project Management vertical works closely with front office, products, operations, risk, finance and technology teams and is responsible to drive all the regulatory changes driven out of PMG.
Responsibilities
- Partners with internal as well as external stakeholders to understand their business needs and challenges
- Analyse and gather business requirements - highlights and understands areas of improvement
- Document business requirements and analyse software requirements with a critical and constructive view
- Analyse Business Processes and capture process flows, document As-Is and To-be processes
- Review SIT plans, document UAT test cases and support business users in execution of testing and troubleshooting
- Ensures business engagement throughout the project journey
- Support Project Management by maintaining repositories, driving working groups, steering committees and focus sessions - logging meeting minutes and actions and assisting in follow ups
- Represent PMG and project manage regulatory and compliance sessions where dissemination of regulatory changes, consultation papers and new/ad-hoc surveys/information requests.
- Project manage regulatory topics like Best Execution change, Concentration Risk implementation, etc.
- Own calculation methodologies associated with PPRM policies.
Qualifications - Bachelors/Master's degree from a reputable university
- Minimum 5 years experience in private banking industry, preferably with a focus on change management, project management, business analysis, regulatory compliance
- Demonstratable project management skills, crisis management skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- You are a driven self-starter who is delivery focused and possess strong communication, influencing and presentation skills.
- You are future oriented and have the passion of introducing changes to the organization.
- You possess strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mind set.
- You are tech-savvy, minimally good powerpoint, excel, word processing skills
- You are well organized and can work independently.
