Job Summary:
The Admin Support Associate II/UKHC will complete the day-to-day administrative tasks for the VP Health System Administration and Chief of Staff; the Chief Strategy/Bus Develop Officer; Senior Director of Quality and Value Strategy and other members of the EVPHA leadership team as assigned. This includes: developing PowerPoint presentations; typing correspondence; scheduling meetings; retaining records; maintaining very busy calendar(s); coordinating all travel and meeting arrangements; serving as the operational coordinator for internal team meetings as well as meetings with external stakeholders; and assisting with the daily operations of the EVPHA office and other special projects as assigned.

Skills /Knowledge/Abilities:
The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage multiple tasks and/or projects while accurately completing routine functions in a fast paced, high intensity, professional work environment; proficient in Microsoft Office, to include Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel; excellent attention to detail; exceptional planning and organizational skill; solid written and verbal communication skills; ability to solve routine problems and manage resources; demonstrated ability to provide superior customer service, time management, and judgment; and respect for confidentiality and diversity. We are seeking someone who is resilient, adaptable, creative, and innovative. The ability to navigate a political environment and articulate communications are highly desired.
