Job Summary:
This position will serve as a point of first contact for clients, students, faculty, and staff involved in the daily activities and operations of the UK Center for Next Generation Leadership. The position will provide administrative support to the Executive Director and Director of the Center for Next Generation Leadership which will include: scheduling meetings and conferences; handling correspondence; collecting data and information; assisting with the coordination of planned activities, providing communications support including website management; will give support for student application processing and the student database; will also process travel and motor pool requests and order supplies. We would like an applicant with working knowledge of FI SAP and other UK procedures and processes.
