As a Barclays VP Client Regulatory Operations, you will be part of the Global CRO Function. You will be responsible for establishing and delivering the governance of US Operations, providing management and oversight of the control environment, and acting as facilitator for all regulatory examinations and external audits and you will also include the oversight of detailed analytics to identify root cause issues, and strategically drive the regional agenda.

What will you be doing?

??? You will be responsible for efficiently managing regulatory risk and provide oversight and advisory services across our areas of expertise
??? Assisting in design and execution of an appropriate risk and assurance environment
??? Delivering best in class framework and execution strategy with transparent performance data provided to relevant GMO and other Governance forums
??? Supporting in evaluating and overseeing regulatory risk within the CRO function, identifying, escalating and reporting risks and issues
??? Ensuring your team uphold personal conduct in line with the Barclays Way and call out behaviors that fall short of these standards or are inconsistent with our Values
??? Partnering with US GMO Lead and partners to help provide coordination on regulatory engagement, understand root cause analysis and interact senior stakeholders
??? You will be responsible for providing support and deliver on cross GMO objectives
??? Reviewing and providing regulatory, control, and program updates to Senior Management, undertaking analysis of information to produce risk profile reporting
