Position Summary:

• Process incoming and outgoing mail
• Manage shared folders for Payment requests submitted that are processed in SPS
• Process SPS Payments
• Manage shared SPS email boxes for communications from external and internal customers
• Triage phone calls
• Maintain office calendar
• Track and order office equipment and supplies in university procurement systems

Minimum Qualifications:

• 3 or more years of experience in a business setting
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Competent with various computer software applications
• Organizational skills
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy
• Ability to work in a diverse deadline-driven environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate Degree in Business or related field and 5 years of experience
• Experience in a higher education setting
