The Graduate Programs Office’s (GPO) Recruiting Manager engages with prospective students through the recruitment process for specific graduate business programs. This position focuses on cultivating prospective student leads, transforming leads into a mix of high vs low potential prospects, initiating contact and nurturing prospective student interest by converting high potential prospects into applications. This recruiting process across Graduate Business Programs is accomplished through a variety of channels including, but not limited to: in person, phone, virtual/on-line and on and off campus events, as well as by providing counseling on program and school differentiators, Lehigh attributes and overall Lehigh degree selling points. Counseling and guidance will be primarily executed through one-on-one meetings (virtual and/or in-person) and crafting messaging communication to inquiries at all stages in the recruitment cycle.
1. Develop and maintain a comprehensive recruiting plan for the FLEX MBA and 1-MBA program offerings
*Champion a coherent strategy for building partnerships with select companies in driving prospective student awareness of the FLEX MBA and 1-MBA program offerings
*Build enrollments with planned targeted recruitment activities
*Represent the Graduate Program offerings at on and off campus events such as Graduate or Education Fairs
*Collaborate on a coherent strategy with Specialty Master’s Program Directors in conducting outreach to undergraduate institutions to present to targeted student populations
*Collaborate on a coherent strategy with Specialty Master’s Program Directors in outreach to other Lehigh Colleges to build Graduate Program Office program awareness
*Research and identify new prospective student pools
*Manage the Lehigh Global Village
*Coordinate and manage all information session program calendars including cultivating faculty participation
*Under the guidance of the Assistant Dean, schedule and conduct in-person and/or virtual information and topic discussion sessions
2.Advise and guide prospective students through the application process
*Serve as initial point of contact for prospective students
*Assess both domestic and international prospective student qualifications through the evaluation of academic backgrounds and experiences
*Organize, schedule and oversee each program’s Admission Committee agenda
*Manage all inquiry messaging; email blasts, SalesForce.com trailhead, SalesForce.com Chat Bots and SalesForce.com Lead Scoring Tools
*Manage all student prospect inquiries from Business Bootcamp conducted in China
* Follow up with applicants to encourage application completion and submission; manage applications and monitor prospective student activity
*Monitor recruitment funnel and application pool; identify trends and opportunities
3. Develop and utilize metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies
*Fully utilize the Lehigh Customer Relationship Management System to track, communicate with inquiries and monitor prospective student activity and qualifications
*Maintain accurate data for reports

Special Considerations
The duties of this position may allow the employee to work partially remote as deemed appropriate by the supervisor
Regular evening, holiday or weekend hours to attend recruiting events
Post-COVID extensive domestic and international travel required; ranging from one day to multiple weeks; heaviest travel is during recruiting season in fall and spring; other travel is required throughout the year; must have valid Driver’s License and obtain a Passport within 90 days of hire date
Periods of high volume/workload to meet deadlines, start of classes and recruiting times – generally during the fall and early spring
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience; Master’s Degree in Business or Education Preferred
Three to five years related work experience; sales experiences preferred
Strong knowledge and experience working with SalesForce software is preferred
Experience working in an educational setting is a plus
Excellent oral, written, presentation communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build, foster and maintain positive professional relationships
Proven team matrix environment organizational skills
Solid analytical, decision making and problem-solving skills
Solid computer skills with experience using word processing and spreadsheet software
Successful completion of standard background checks including but not limited to: social security verification, education verification, national criminal background checks, motor vehicle checks, PATCH, FBI fingerprinting, Child Abuse Clearance and credit history based upon the requirements of the position
