Provide Navigation services to link project participants to care for HIV, substance misuse and other needed services.
Provide follow-up to ensure project participants are engaged and retained in services and in the program intervention.
Provide oversight of recruitment data and manage recruitment analysis.
Recruit and collect data on organizations to provide captive audiences for program interventions.
Assist with data collection and data entry.
Assist with curricula facilitation.
Other duties as assigned.
A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience and at least 1 year of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary.
A Bachelor's degree with a minimum of two years' experience working with minority prevention programs.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Applies skills and knowledge in a variety of processes, procedures and systems throughout the research function
Experience in community-based case management, program development and implementation.
Experience working with minority populations.
Able to demonstrate a good understanding of the needs of at-risk youth.
Knowledgeable of community resources and services related to HIV and substance use.
Excellent verbal, written and problem solving skills.
Strong organizational skills.
Good facilitation skills.
Ability to take initiative with minimal direction.
Ability to work in close collaboration with other team members and project partners.
Computer efficacy in Microsoft office, internet usage and database experience.
Ability to work flexible schedules that could include evenings and weekends.
